The Radio Free Asia project was a four floor, 80,000 SF, phased occupied renovation project which was performed while maintaining the client’s 24/7 broadcasting services. The renovation included construction of new conferencing centers, with folding partitions, make-up air and supplemental AC unit duct work all tucked within a 10” plenum. New sound studios and control rooms were constructed. Pantries, offices, executive offices, and all common areas were demolished and reconstructed, or renovated. We worked hand-in-hand with the client to develop and implement phasing plans for the progression of the construction effort while enabling the client to remain in full operation.
