Farr Construction Group is Virginia Heart’s preferred contractor, this project was negotiated between Virginia Heart and Farr Construction Group. The project included a pre-proposal survey of the existing five tenant suites to determine if a ceiling height increase was feasible. Farr Construction Group worked with the AE team to document existing conditions and formulate the criteria for raising/relocating the medium pressure duct loop, sprinkler mains and plumbing drain lines. The project consisted of demolishing 12,500SF of existing tenant space and new construction for a single tenant. The new construction includes the build -out of medical office space to include exam rooms, doctor offices, waiting and reception areas, panty and restroom spaces, and well as elevator lobby and common corridor renovations.
