AFPM is a trade association representing high-tech American manufacturers of virtually the entire U.S. supply of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, other fuels and home heating oil, as well as the petrochemicals used as building blocks for thousands of vital products in daily life. The Class A renovation project included 20,000sf interior renovation of tenant suite with high quality finishes to include millwork veer doors, seven different transitional ceiling systems, integrated light fixtures, millwork, sliding glass door systems, radius glass systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.

This 3,000 SF project was a full demolition and construction project of physician, clinic staff, provider, and consultation offices, reception area, restrooms, and pantry/breakroom. New work included complete construction of partitions, ceilings and millwork, new electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems. The suite received new finishes throughout including flooring, paint and wallcoverings.
